Information you send

We collect the name, email, phone, property location, job notes and optional files you submit to assess the work and respond to your enquiry. Do not upload unrelated or sensitive information.

Distance lookup

When you request an automatic distance estimate, your entered property location is sent to Google Maps services to identify the location and calculate a driving route from our base. Suburb-only distances are approximate. The listed marketing suburbs do not restrict location lookup.

Enquiries and email

Enquiries and attachments are stored privately on the business’s hosting account. If configured, Resend processes delivery of quote emails to you and the business. The form reports whether email sending was accepted; email acceptance does not guarantee inbox placement.

Retention

Enquiries and attachments are normally retained for 90 days before automatic cleanup. Contact us to discuss access, corrections or deletion requests.

Analytics

If enabled by the business, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags measure website usage and successful enquiry actions. Tracking is disabled in the supplied package until the business adds its measurement settings.

Quote conditions

Indicative gutter-cleaning estimate only. Final price is subject to property access, gutter condition, gutter guards and confirmation of the work required. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
